Cyril is the son of Andy McIntyre- a former teenage mother, juvenile deliquent and now a successful lawyer. During one of her cases, Cyril gets sucked in to solving a mystery regarding the case. Cyril is trying to find out how and why Dr Sanderson, the inventor of the Gleamaccino, really got killed. Was it simply an original case of manslaughter or something more sinister, such as murder? And seriously, what's up with Creepy Chuck? Is he really someone who he doesn't seem to be...?

An interesting book to read, with a witty plot and legal terms and their definitions at the beginning of each chapter. The book keeps you guessing, unless you read the last chapter or two that is...
