Oliver Watson is no ordinary boy. At 12, not only is he the 3rd richest man in the world, but he is a genius of unspeakable evil.
Under the guise of 'the dumb fat kid' at school, Oliver has everyone convinced he can do no harm. Yet, Oliver gives his English teacher fortune-cookie like messages printed on his teacher's cigarettes (Oliver owns the company which makes them), has an underground labaratory/office beneath his house and employs a few hundred people globally, including 'the Motivator' and three bodyguards.
So, when class president time rolls around, Oliver decides to run for office. But it isn't really his megalomanic attitude. It's just the fact Oliver want to show his father that he too can be a leader and a liked person.

Overall, the book isn't to everyone's taste. I for one, enjoyed the book very much, with its sarcasm and irony. At times the reader does feel pity for Oliver, who is running for 'office' just to earn some affection from his father. However, the additional footnotes and photographs (wihch appear throughout the novel) add to the humour of the book and the as well, such as those of his teacher and Oliver's campaign posters.
